We wanted to share some exciting news: we’ve successfully completed our SOC 2 Type 1 audit! We embarked on this audit as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the most robust and professional experience to our users.
What is SOC 2 Type 1?
Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 is a procedure designed to ensure that service providers can securely manage data to protect the interests and privacy of their clients. Successfully completing a SOC 2 Type 1 report shows that as a SaaS firm, we have validated best practices in place. Our security processes have been independently inspected and have been confirmed as meeting the trust services criteria set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This means that we have the controls and structures in place to ensure we meet the security standards our customers expect when it comes to their data.

Our ongoing commitment to security
We’re passionate about providing a safe and secure platform to manage your work, collaborate with your team, and improve efficiency. We remain as committed to Information Security Management as ever, and we always want our customers to feel confident using our products. We are continuing down the SOC 2 certification path and will be working towards achieving SOC 2 Type 2 in 2021. In the meantime, we’re also working towards ISO 27001 certification this year.
