To maintain an up to date level of security between your devices and Teamwork.com products, we are removing support for TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 on August 31st.

This change will be mostly invisible as any sufficiently modern browser supports TLS 1.2.

What do I need to do?

We will make the necessary changes on our system and any modern browsers and devices will continue to work as normal, so you won’t have to make any change.

If you are unsure if your current browser or device can support this change, please visit this site ‘How’s my SSL’ https://www.howsmyssl.com/ This will let you know if your browser can support this change.

If you have any concerns, please contact our support team at support@teamwork.com

Why are we making this change?

TLS is responsible for encrypting your data as it travels from your browser to online sites such as Teamwork.com servers.

Older protocols are a security risk. TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 no longer meet modern security standards and have been replaced with TLS version 1.2.

This is a change to the industry standard and not only a decision made by Teamwork. If you are using a custom domain with HTTPS, this service will continue working. Contact us
