During Teamwork Spaces 12 Days of Christmas, we'll be sharing tips, best practices, use cases, and releasing new features to help you get the most out of Teamwork Spaces.
1. Teamwork Spaces for your company knowledge base
Do you need a place to keep all of your company, team and client project information? Are you fed up searching for that document through a sea of files? Why not use Teamwork Spaces as your single source of truth to host all of your companies knowledge? With Teamwork Spaces' dashboard, you can organize the content that you create into multiple Spaces to store all of your information. By creating a Space for each company department to store key information for each team, there is a place of reference for finding everything from processes & procedures to meeting minutes and action items.

Do you have a lot of client or project documentation that you would like to have in one place? Create each Space using the Project Name as the Space Title and then store important client project documentation like SOP's, feature specs & meeting minutes inside. Rather than having client information in multiple places like your email, desktop or third-party software, having a single source of truth will save you time finding the information you need!
With our new Space Categories feature, it's easier and faster than ever for your team's Admin to add new categories and group multiple Spaces together. Simply click on the Add Category button in the sidebar.

And then select which Spaces you would like to be added into that category.

2. Required reading for onboarding
Once you have all of your content created, why not share it with your team as Required Reading! Exclusive to Teamwork Spaces, Required Reading lets your team know when there’s a new document that needs their attention, notifies you when changes have been made to existing content and lets you see who has read what.
This feature is perfect for onboarding new hires so that you can reduce the learning curve, and get them up to speed much faster. Using Teamwork Spaces editor, you can insert images, tables and media helping to enrich the content and make the reading experience much more interesting. An effective way to onboard your staff is to include training and welcome videos in your documents to speed up their understanding of your business. Then, once you are done creating the perfect document, simply click on the Required Reading button at the top of the page.

Finally, select who you would like to assign the document to as required reading - simple right?

We hope you are enjoying our 12 Days of Teamwork Spaces Christmas. As always if you have any feedback please leave it in the comments area below or contact us at spaces@teamwork.com. We love to hear from you.
