Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade later?

Of course! No matter which Teamwork product you’re using, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

Our monthly subscriptions can be paid by credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro. If your organization is unable to pay by credit card payments, please contact us at support@teamwork.com to arrange an alternative payment method. For our annual subscriptions, we can issue you with an invoice and accept payment via bank transfer.

Why are you giving us 30 days free?

Here’s the thing: you don’t need project management software. You could manage a project with nothing more than a pen and stack of Post-It notes. So if you are going to pay for some software, we want to make absolutely sure that you love it and can see the results. That’s why all of our paid plans include a 30-day free trial, so you can set up a site and see first-hand how Teamwork can free up your team’s time and energy to focus on the work that really matters.

When do I pay?

We'll send you an email before your free trial expires. If you decide you want to keep using our products, you'll be asked to create a paid subscription. And if you decide not to continue using our products, no problem — you can cancel with no hassle or hidden fees.

Do I pay monthly or annually?

Your credit card will be charged automatically either monthly or annually, depending on your Teamwork subscription. If you prefer to pay annually offline, simply reach out to us here and we’d be happy to help. As always, if you want to cancel, you can do so at any time with no cancellation fees.

I’ve just paid but now I want to upgrade to a higher plan. Can you help?

Absolutely. Simply click the Upgrade button under the new plan and agree to the new price plan. You will be charged pro rata for the remaining time on your new pricing plan. This means we will charge you for the upgrade to your new plan and minus the unused time on the old plan.
