The new PieSync integration syncs all of your contact data in real time so your information is instantly updated. Eliminate the data silo issue and keep your contacts consistent across Teamwork Projects, Teamwork Desk and multiple Cloud applications with the new PieSync integration. Syncing Teamwork Projects or Teamwork Desk contact data with your other apps
First, you will need a PieSync account to access the integration. Once this account is set up, you need to choose the apps that contain the contact data that you wish to sync.
Authorize the 2 apps that need contact data synced. When syncing your contact data between apps, you will need your Teamwork Projects API key or Teamwork Desk API key, depending on what app you are looking to sync.
Once you have authorized both apps, you can set the rules for the conditions of the sync. By default PieSync selects a two-way sync.
When you are happy with the mapping of fields to sync, click Start Syncing Now. Your contacts will now synchronize between apps and can be monitored through the activity status report.
