Importing your existing data into Teamwork CRM is now easier than ever with our new Import2 integration

 Import2 is an intuitive import tool that enables Teamwork CRM customers to easily move data into Teamwork CRM from other CRM applications or CSV files. 

Users will now be able to easily import deals, contacts and companies into Teamwork CRM. Some things you can do with the Import2 integration include:

  • Import contacts between Teamwork CRM and a marketing automation tool, such as MailChimp

  • Import data from an existing CRM platform (such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) 

  • Add deals and their associated information to Teamwork CRM in bulk using a CSV file

  • Update the information of existing leads and opportunities from a CSV file

  • Import and attach products/services to deals in Teamwork CRM from a CSV file

  • Use custom fields to transfer and map the data you want across to Teamwork CRM.

Customers can now go to Settings > Import your data where you will see a new option for Import2.

 When you select this option, you’ll be redirected to Import2, where you’ll be asked to input your sign-in details and guided through the (super easy) process.

 Once both applications are linked, you can configure and customize your import preferences, and choose whether you want to import, update, or upsert your information.

 Made a mistake? Simply undo the import, retry the errors, or download a CSV file with information on the failed rows..

No problem! If you want to import from a CSV file, you also have the opportunity to do a one-time import or an auto-import.

Yes, Import2 also allows you to export your business data from Teamwork CRM if needed. You can export individual activities from Teamwork, or set up an automatic export to run on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. 

Yes! Just login and go to Settings > Import where you will see a new option for Import2 and follow the steps.
