 If you’re a long term Teamwork user, you’re probably familiar with Zapier already, as many the Zap has been set up to connect all manner of products to Teamwork. 

 But if you’ve never used Zapier before, you might be wondering: what is it? And why should I care? 

 Here’s why Zapier + Teamwork CRM = more efficient, productive workflows.

What is Zapier?

Zapier moves information between your web applications automatically. It’s like a glue that connects thousands of products together. 

 In essence, Zapier allows you to automate your workflow, starting with a defined trigger. 

 Let’s take a real world example. Suppose you get a new lead via a contact form on your website. Ideally, that new lead would be automatically added to your CRM, and set up as a new company or contact.

 Well, there’s a Zap for that.  Using Zapier, you can automate that entire process, so you can sleep easy at night knowing all enquiries to your website are automatically added as leads to your CRM.
