Teamwork features in 2022 and beyond

With 2021 behind us, there are some exciting new additions for you to look forward to in Teamwork in 2022. Let’s take a look at a couple of them:


Our new Automations feature helps you get your time back to focus on strategic and creative work by streamlining your repetitive processes and improving overall productivity. There will be a gallery of existing automation templates, or you can build your own customized workflows to address the most frequent bottlenecks you encounter.

We have some exciting updates coming to Desk in 2022, for support agents! Our improvements to our Forwarding workflow will increase the overall readability and discoverability of forwarded messages.

Soon, forwarded messages will operate similar to Gmail or Outlook!  We’re also excited to launch Live Chat so you can instantly engage with your customers, improve your waiting times, and increase resolution rates. 

Additionally, Scheduled Tickets and Scheduled Replies will allow support agents to get work done in advance of when it's needed and also reduce the need to set reminders to check back in with customers at a future point in time. 

Lastly, Archived Agents will allow you to remove access for specific agents while maintaining all of their previous agent activity and an option to restore them in the future, allowing for much more flexibility.
