Hi, everyone. Welcome. Welcome. Alright. Thanks so much for joining us today. It's great to see everyone, and it's great to see the participant count climbing already. So while we let a few more folks trickle in, go ahead and drop into the chat, where you're calling in from today. We always love to see how spread out this group is. So if you can tell us where you're calling from, and then maybe, like, if you want to share the weather, that'll be perfect. Oh, I can see the chat is rolling. We have lots of we have people from lots of different places. It's good to see. It's so glad to see. Oh, I see. Some places is very hot. Hundreds degrees Fahrenheit. I don't know what how much is that in Celsius, but it's definitely it's really, really hot, seems like. Alright. Okay. Nice. Thanks again for joining, everyone. We will give it maybe one more minute or thirty seconds here, then we will dive in. We got a very packed agenda for q three, so I don't want to eat into that time. So let's give a couple more seconds. A thirty eight Celsius. Wow. That's definitely very, very hot. We I think we currently we're I'm based in Toronto, and we're currently at about, like, eighteen or nineteen or, like, near twenty. So it's really, really nice weather here. No complaints. Okay. Okay. Cool. I think we're at a good spot to get going. So thanks again, everyone, for being here. Welcome to teamwork dot com's product road map webinar for q three twenty twenty six. Thank you so much for carving out the time today. My name is Helen. I'm the customer education manager here at teamwork dot com, and I'll be your host today filling in for Janelle who normally runs these. So please bear with me. I'm joined today by two of her two of our product managers, Shinead and Emer, who is going to work us through everything that's new. I'll let them introduce themselves. Shnead. Hi, everyone. You might have remembered me from the last webinar. I'm, Shnead. I'm a product manager here at Teamwork. I'm really excited to talk you through some recently released things that we have here and also some things that we have upcoming as well. So looking forward to showing you all. Thanks. And, Emer. Thanks, Helen. Hey, everyone. It's Emer. It's good to be back. It's my first webinar with Sinead as my co speaker, so we'll see how that goes. But we do have a packed agenda today of recently released and coming soon features. So back to you, Helen. Thanks. Thank you both. Really excited for what we've got to share today. So as we always do, before we jump into the features, a quick reminder of our mission here at teamwork dot com. So for anyone who's new, our mission is to help the people who deliver client work, that's all of you, become more efficient, organized, profitable, and happy. That's been our north star since Teamwork was founded. So to put that simply, most tools just track work, but we want Teamwork dot com to make it profitable. That means giving you one place to run your projects, your resourcing, and your financials together so you can clearly see what's profitable and just as importantly fix what's not. So, in the slides, you can see the our mission statements. And if we can flip on the next one. And then one more. Thanks. So everything you're going to see today, whether it's live now or coming down the pipe, ladders up to that same goal. Alright. So a few quick housekeeping notes before we get going. We have couple things that you can do. There's the q and a panel. You can drop in your questions as we go. Please, if you do have a question, please put that into the q and a so we can actually track them. We've also got other product managers behind the scene answering live throughout, so please don't be shy. And then use the chat to say hi, leave comments just like you already did, or just tell us where you're commenting from. And for emojis, like, feel free to react as we go, and we always love seeing those. So here's what we got you lined up for, lined up for you today. First, we will do a refresher on everything what, we've recently released. A lot's shipped since we last talked to you. And then we will look at what's coming soon, so what our teams are actively building for you next. And then we will close out with the live q and a. Alright. If we can move on to the next slide. This is just what I just mentioned. So we will serve some sorry. If we can flip back a bit. Thanks. We will serve some questions and do a live q and a with Sinead and Emer at the end. So if you don't if we don't get to your questions live, know that we download and review every single question and comment after these sessions. So it really helps shape our road map and what we prioritize next. So, again, if you have a question, don't be shy. Put them into the q and a. And lastly, if we can flip on to next slide, it should be about the recordings. So we are recording this session. And if you have to duck up early or there's a colleague who couldn't make it, don't worry. We will email the recording out in a few days. And that should be all from me, and we're gonna get into it. I'm going to hand it over to Shanae to kick us off with what's shipped recently for Teamwork AI. Thanks, Helen. So I'm very excited, to start on this one here. It's one that's close to my heart. So this is a new functionality that we have in my calendar called plan my week. So, essentially, we have Scout, who we know and love, who within my calendar is gonna be looking at your tasks, your deadlines, your existing meetings, and he's gonna build you out a realistic weekly plan automatically. So they're gonna be slotting your priorities into the gaps around what's already in your calendar. So instead of you having to sit down every Monday and do the usual, you know, Tetris planning of where I can do actual work around my meetings that I have, Scout is gonna come in and do that for you. So if something can't be scheduled, so let's say, you just have a lot of tasks on your place, it will also flag that as well for you, and that will ensure that nothing can kinda quietly, like, slip through the cracks as well. This is live today, and it's really helping to give people back the time that they'd normally spend planning. So you're gonna have some time to actually get some some work done. So we'd really love you to kinda pop in, play around with this, and see what you think. And, yeah, this is a a lovely one to start off with. Next, as we have draft ticket responses with AI. So we have heard from, I suppose, so many of you, that routine kinda query answering, it can be the biggest drain on your team's productivity. And where we are now in twenty twenty six, the expectation isn't just to answer queries. It's to answer them in a really fast manner. So, essentially, what we're trying to do is move from manual drafting to AI assisted excellence to answering these queries. So this isn't just a generic chat bot. We're using RAG, which is the retrieval argument to generation. And so, basically, a knowledge base specific to your organization. This means that you can point the AI to your specific help doc sites, your public URLs. So it even looks like that you are successfully resolved tickets. I suppose it helps it to kind of learn how you've solved similar problems in the past. So it's essentially like having your most senior agent whispering in the ear of your junior agents that are there. So for any agents we might have in the room, you're gonna see a new suggest response button. Inside there, you're just gonna click it, and within ten seconds, a draft message is gonna appear in your editor. And it reads the entire thread for context, so not just the most recent message. So it knows exactly what's going on. You can tweak the text. You can check the cited sources that they might have inside there for your peace of mind as well, and just hit send. And then for any managers that are here, I suppose, we have built this with transparency in mind. So you're gonna have a dedicated audit as well so that you can kinda see the AI impact and kind of the changes that were made from there as well. And just a little note, I suppose, on trust, and I know when it comes to anything AI related, this is always kind of something that we we like to touch on. And your data within this as well just stays within our ecosystem, so we're not sending the private ticket data to any, like, third party public models for training. I suppose security and speed are our top priorities when it comes to this functionality, and the goal is to have every suggestion ready in under ten seconds. So this is live at the moment in our early access cohort. So, hopefully, those of you who have checked that out are giving us some feedback. And, yeah, it'll be out to everyone soon. Thanks, Shanae. Let's so lots of great stuff in t for T Mobile AI. And now let's move into everything around managing client work. Shanae, back to you. Thanks, Ellen. And so the integration we know and love. So we have some HubSpot app updates as well, some enhancements that we have here, especially around the workflow action for creating projects. So the big one that people were kinda asking for quite a lot is being able to set the project starts and end dates right at creation so that delivery can stay on track for from day one. So you don't have to go back and and fill it in afterwards. So another lovely thing is you can set your project budget at the point of creation too. So this is really gonna help for better forecasting and profitability visibility right from the very beginning. And then the last piece, I suppose if the client doesn't already exist within Teamwork, it'll instantly create that new Teamwork and link it to the project automatically, which is lovely. And so that whole kinda hand hand off from your HubSpot deal to a live prod project is much more structured and much less manual as well. So all you HubSpot users, I hope you'll play around with this and and make the most of it. This is a lovely, functionality as well around our automations. So if we think about our automations in the past, they were quite linear. So let's say if a task changed status or an automation could really only talk back to that specific task. And today, we wanna change that with our action targeting. So you now have the power to choose exactly where the impact of an automation lands. So let's say if a subtask is completed, you can tell the automation to automate automatically update, let's say, the parent. And then in in the same kind of sense of a parent's task priority changes, you can push that update down to every single subtask instantly. One of the most powerful ways to use this, I suppose, as well is with newly created tasks. You can set up an automation dash creates a task, and then in the next step, it performs its follow-up actions on that specific new task. So it's all about creating that kind of seamless hands off workflow. And this feature this functionality, I suppose, improved functionality is about taking back, full control. So you decide what tasks are impacted, ensuring that your project data stays accurate and synchronized, across your whole workflow without having that kind of manual intervention that can that can take in a lot of time. Next up, we have our nav update. So this is something you hopefully have all seen on your, Teamwork site. And this is all about, I suppose, the core of your daily work. So we've completely reimagined the nav experience to be more simpler and more focused and most importantly, faster as well. So we know that as as we add more power to Teamwork, the interface can get really busy. And this update is about clearing up that clutter so that you can get your work done without having, like, a a search and rescue mission every time trying to find where something new is. So first, you're gonna notice a much cleaner, streamlined UI. So we've reorganized the navigation around actual actions that you perform every day. So instead of just a a list of features, which we would have kinda relied on previously, the interface is now going to surface what matters most based on your specific goals. So it's gonna feel lighter, but it's actually so much more powerful. So we'd also know that no two workflows are the same, and that's why you're gonna be able to fully customize that sidebar as well. So if you're, let's say, a power user who lives in reports, like, you're gonna be able to keep them right there front and center. Let's say there's something there that you've never touched and you have no intention of using inside there, totally fine. You can move it over to your more menu, or you can totally turn it off completely as well. The way we wanna look at it is this is your workspace, and and now we want it to actually look like your workspace in the way that you want it to. The bottom line here really is speed. So we've prioritized quicker access to, like, your more most recent work and active tasks. By also reducing the number of clicks, it takes to jump between projects. We're giving you back that kind of small incremental bits of time throughout your day because they really add up. And and as you all know, that can really impact a a productive day. So we hope you're enjoying the the new nav experience. Next, we have our timeline view. So as you all probably know, timeline has been out for a while, and we all hope that you're loving it. I particularly adore it just because it's a lovely visual way of viewing your tasks. And we just kinda wanted to point out here a few kinda lovely updates, that we recently released that we want to share with you. This is also to kinda help us get up to a kind of parity when we kinda think about Gantt as well. So we have here our export PDF for undo and redo, functionality, dragging mode for dependencies, and soon as well, we're gonna have our timeline included in templates. Our aim overall is to kind of fully long term replace Gantt. We do have a lot still that we want to release and update before any form of communication or anything like that goes out there. So as always, your feedback is always welcome. You know, get into timeline, start using it, and tell us what you what you think. Cool. This is a lovely lovely one here as well, and this is the the last slide before I hand you over to the lovely Emer. So email connector and tasks. So we know how impossible it is to get some of your clients to collaborate with you when it comes to tasks and comments. So what we're trying to do here is we're trying to put an end to the context switching between going from projects to your inbox, and it's a it's a passion we all know very well. So we're excited, I suppose, to announce here that we have a brand new email integration for Outlook and Gmail that's live with an early access cohort, and this is gonna allow you to email clients directly from within a task. So first off, for our admins in the room, we've prioritized, I suppose, security and oversight. And this integration is very much gonna be controlled at a site level. So you're going to have the power to decide if this is deployed across your whole organization, or not. And that ensures that your team's communication stays within any, you know, professional guardrails that you've already established. One of the biggest challenges that we hear all the time with client communication is noise. We've solved this, I suppose, by keeping client emails and internal team comments completely separate. So you're gonna get the best of both worlds. You're gonna have this private space for your team to collaborate, and then also a professional channel for client updates, and all that happening on the same page without the risk of an internal note or an internal, you know, something going to a client, which I know is probably we've all probably had nightmares of it at some stage. And, look, this is about alignment. Usually, client emails are are locked away in one person's private inbox, and this can create that massive information silo. By bringing those conversations into the task, you're giving the whole team visibility. So if somebody is out of office and on your leave, they're enjoying themselves on the beach, everyone else is gonna be able to see the latest client feedback and keep the project moving. There's no more, you know, forwarding emails or, you know, missing someone in CC or or anything like that. So, yeah, it's a lovely one as well. I'll pass you over to the lovely Helen and Nima now. Thanks, Shanae. So lots of great stuff managing client work. There like, just a friendly reminder and a note for those who just joined. Before I hand it to Emir, if you have any questions, please pop it into the q and a. Only you can use the chat to give us any feedback. But if you have any find the q and a panel and then place your question in there so we can track them as we go. Alright. Cool. Now let's talk about resourcing. Ymer, over to you. Thanks, Helen. So, okay, let's get into everything resource management related and what we released throughout q two. So first up is a role based task assignment. So this one is really about changing how you plan your work before you have those named resources finalized. So this means you can now build out a full project plan even if you haven't confirmed exactly yet who will do the work. So instead of assigning a task to a named resource or a specific person, you might assign it to now senior developer or designer. So it allows your your teams to plan earlier and with more confidence while you wait in those final resource decisions. This also improves your financial accuracy because tasks assigned to roles, role based rates can then be applied from the very beginning. So this gives you more accurate quoting and budgeting right at your planning stage. And then when all of the named resources are confirmed, you can seamlessly reassign all the tasks from roles to real users in bulk. So it's reducing the manual effort avoiding that rework and just maintaining continuity really in your plan. So this really helps you to move from that tentative stage to confirmed execution without starting the process over. Next up is our financial insights. So we added recently our forecasted cost, expense costs, and forecasted profit directly into the insights bar within the scheduler. So now you can understand the financial impact when you're planning out your tentative or confirmed work. So as you adjust your your allocations, whether that's at the project level scheduler at or at the global scheduler, you'll immediately see how those decisions impact cost and profitability. So no more switching tabs or moving around teamwork. You'll be able to plan resources and understand the financial impact in the same place. So this one really is about bridging the gap between your resource planning or forecasting and your financial planning. And then as a bonus, you can edit the widgets so you can turn on and off the widgets as you decide. So whatever is important to you at a per project level or at the global level, you can fully customize the insights there. And then staying on the theme of roles, now that we've introduced role date base rates into teamwork dot com, which gives you control obviously over your cost and billable rates per role, these are now surfaced within the scheduler. So feeding, of course, into the insights bar, Now when you create or adjust an allocation, you won't just see hours. You'll see the financial cost and revenue automatically calculated per allocation, whether it's a placeholder or user on every individual project. This is rolling up into your insights so you can decide if I add placeholder designer on this project for forty hours, you'll understand the financial impact upfront. This also includes even when you're planning from your template. So if you're creating tentative work from templates, you can see the financial impact straight away. So it's about marrying your capacity and margin and no longer releasing the scheduler to decide do we have enough hours or people to fulfill the work. It's what does this actually mean for profitability. And then again staying on the role the theme of roles, the multiple roles per user so we're fully aware that people don't really just do one job. In many teams, someone's primary job or what they were hired into your business for doesn't really fully define the work that they do across projects. So for an exam for example, a designer might be a copywriter on one specific project. So with this update, users can now take on a different role per project. And when you select that role on a per project, the associated billable rates will apply automatically. So this gives you more accurate forecasting and more accurate billing and really about that flexibility operationally without having to manually adjust or reconcile elsewhere outside of the app. And then this one which I'm very happy to see gone out in recent days, it's a very simple but powerful addition to resourcing. You can now view both the scheduler and workload grouped by week or by month. So this means, you know, we we're fully aware that different planning conversations need different horizons. So the week view is great for the near term. So who's doing what over the next few weeks? As you all know, our capacity sales represent one day. With this group view, you can push all of your weeks together or all of your months. So it's very easy in a month view to let you take a step back and see what capacity looks like, for example, for a quarter. So being able to toggle between the two, you can spot over under allocation much easier, whichever whichever level you decide that you need to plan on without switching tools or losing context. So it's out now in the schedule, and it's coming to workload very soon. Thanks, Alright. Let's move into profitability. So this is a section I think a lot of our agency and consultancy folks on the call are going to want to pay close attention to. Back to you, Yimur. Thanks, Helen. So we have a very strong quote team here, so we will start first with quote templates. So this is taking the repetitive work out of all of your quoting today. So most quotes that you send aren't one offs. You deliver the same services over again. So you can now save your best quotes as templates. You can pull one off the shelf or and you can tweak only what's changing within your specific quote. This makes them faster to send, your pricing and terms stay consistent no matter who's doing the quoting, and it just becomes a faster, less manual process. We've also introduced our new quoting views. So this gives you more ways to see your quotes beyond the existing list. We have our global view, which puts every quote across every client in one place, so you get that portfolio level visibility instead of a per client picture. And then our board view turns your quotes into a Kanban pipeline so you can track them through their stages and at a glance see what stock, where things are at. Together, they kind of both answer what's in our pipeline and where is it without having to dig for it. So a nice new addition to our quoting offering. And then our quote preview customizations are really kind of the finishing touches that makes your quote client ready. So you get a lot more control on how a quote actually looks when it goes out. You can reorder and hide your columns. So if you need to keep sensitive information off the page and create a more natural flow, so you can group sections, assignees, or by task. You can merge line items into a tidy rolled up summary instead of like a long cluttered list. And overall, the result is just a clear quote that surfaces the right detail that you full control over and then of course that reflects well on you. Then we have monthly time approvals. So up until recently, we just had our weekly approvals. So now you can review, approve, and lock your time sheets by month. Teams that bill run payroll report monthly, we're switching four weekly approvals into into one every month. We knew that was very painful for a lot of you so now you can lock the whole month in one go and less reconciling at month end. So a lovely new addition with our monthly time approvals. Thanks, Ymer. Lots of great stuff in there as well. I think this is the last piece, of what we just recently released. So that's chat performance, and back to you, Ymer. Thanks, Helen. So we have probably one of my favorite releases is the project health insights. So you now all have access to a brand new insights panel within your project health report. So instead of just viewing static health indicators, you can now layer what custom what widgets matter to you or matter most to your team directly within your reports. So whether that's your budget usage, your time distribution, estimation insights, and more, you can now customize how those widgets also appear. So including the visualization of them and then threshold based colors so you can quickly spot risks before they become real issues. The key here for me was the flexibility. We know that every team measures their project health differently, so now you can reflect that within your own project health reports. And they set it on top of your existing table report, so it really is an enhancement and not a replacement. We wanted this to be about moving from reactive reporting to proactive project management. So instead of what happened on this project or across these projects too, you can answer what is about to happen. And then our reports gallery updates. So the gallery got a lovely fresh UI and UX uplift and some really genuinely useful additions. The standout for me is that you can now duplicate any pre canned report as a custom report. So you're not starting from scratch and then you can add and remove columns as you see fit, apply your filters, and then save your own your very own version. So that's a big time to value win since you're starting with something that already has data in it instead of starting from scratch within our custom reports. Then on top of that, you can star your favorite reports for quick access. You can switch between grid and table layouts and find everything you've built in our dedicated custom reports tab. Thank you, Thank you, Emer. So that's a lot shipped in just one quarter. Great work, both of you, and great work from the the teams. Now let's shift gears and look at what's coming next. So quick note before we dive in, these are things actively in development. So timelines can shift. So treat dates as directional, not gospel. But we do have some something in early access. There are three things. So one is the new tape Not least, the last one, client portal. So if you are on the early access list, please make sure to check it out, and we love to hear your feedback. Cool. Okay. Let's move on to what's being what's on our plan for Teamwork AI. Over to you, Shannate. Thanks so much, Helen. Okay. So first one here, I'm I'm genuinely excited about all of them, but this one is extra special, I think. So this is gonna be ask AI. So the idea here is that you can find answers, take actions, stay productive without ever kinda leaving your flow, and and we love to see that. So you're gonna be able to ask teamwork in plain English questions and get instant answers pulled straight from your live data. So no more digging through tasks and projects to find what you need. So even things like what's blocking this task, who needs to take action. It'll just help you. But it's not just about the answers. It's about taking action too. So, like, let's say, logging time, creating or editing tasks, drafting replies to comments, updating project status, all coming for that kind of single chat style request. It's gonna be really, really so powerful. And, again, a big time saver. You're gonna be hearing that a lot. I suppose in the area that we're living in now, we want speed, and we want to help you get things done as quick as as quick as you can. So this one is coming soon. Again, on the AI front, AI time logging. So this one is all about cutting down that friction out of tracking your day and kinda cutting down that friction and logging time. So instead of, again, the time that we spend looking for the right task or or looking for the right page in teamwork, what you're going to be able to do here is just describe your work in a in a straightforward way. So log thirty minutes on the AI entry point, task because we can kinda see here. And Teamwork AI, drafts that entry for you. So it's gonna match it to the right task, and the right project automatically. Now the good thing is nothing is gonna get logged without you having to review it first. So you can easily catch up on your whole day, log several entries at the same time. And it's a really great example, I suppose, of how we're really trying to help you, like, cut down on that tedious admin. And not only, I suppose, just cut it cutting it down, like, totally trying to totally remove it. And, yeah, this one is is coming very soon. Now next, we wanna kinda introduce you to some very important people in Teamwork. First being our our very stylish Jack here. So Jack is our gonna be our newest AI teammate. And I suppose what he does is he helps you build some custom workflows that connect teamwork dot com to other tools that you might already be using. So you're thinking, you know, Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics. Jack is gonna let you pull the data straight into your projects, set up workflows that run automatically. So information flows into Teamwork without anyone having to, like, copy it by hand or or put in that kind of manual effort. Now the real power here is that Jack goes, I suppose, beyond our built in integrations. He can fill in the gaps and handle specific logic that's unique to how your business actually works. So it's not really just about connecting tools. It's about automating the way that work gets done in whatever shape that takes for you. So like the other teammates you're gonna meet here today, Jack will be coming very soon. So, yeah, we'll be letting you know and reconnect calling up for early access for that as well. Now next, the powerhouse that is Remy. So Remy is your resource assistant. So you can think of Remy, I suppose, as the one who takes the headache out of staffing. So anyone who's ever tried to figure out who's free, who's overloaded, who should actually be on a project knows that there's a fair bit of guesswork and spreadsheet juggling and luck sometimes when it comes to that side of work. And and Remy here is gonna be doing a lot of that thinking for her for you. So you're gonna give her a steer on what matters most for that project. So are you optimizing for speed, for cost, for profit? And she'll come back with a proposed schedule that actually reflects your team's real capacity. And because she's factoring in things like billable rates and utilization rates from the outset, you're not finding out, you know, three weeks into a project that it's, know, quietly eating away at your margin. She's she's your eyes on the ground. The other nice bit is that, like, she's proactive rather than reactive, and she'll surface, you know, where somebody is about to get overloaded before comes a crisis. So you're adjusting to a plan in a calm manner instead of scrambling mid project. And and, again, we we all have been in that situation many a time. So Remy's gonna be here to help out. So keep an eye out for her. Next, we have Dottie. So this is our lovely new desk assistant. So this is the last of our AI teammates today. So where Remy is kinda all about the resourcing this, Dottie is about making sure that your team isn't starting from scratch every time a client request lands in desk. So we've heard a lot about kind of the automations around desk that's coming. So she's gonna learn what's already there. So your past tickets, your help docs, anything that you've linked externally, and she's gonna build that into a knowledge base that's genuinely yours and not, like, a generic script that's there. So when a new request comes in, instead of digging through old conversations to remember how you might have handled something similar, Dottie's already kinda pulled that together and can suggest a reply based on that. So you're still the one reviewing and hitting send, but a lot of the heavy lifting on that first draft is gonna be done for you by Dottie here. And she'd also be keeping an eye on the bigger picture. So let's say if the same kind of issue keeps kinda cropping up in tickets, she'll flag that pattern as well. So your team can get ahead of it when it comes to a product standpoint rather than just answering the same question over and over. And then, like, drilling into, I suppose, Dottie a bit more, like, on the kinda all of suggested replies, piece. As we kinda mentioned, one of the specific capabilities here is that that auto kinda suggested replies. So let's say for the kind of routine frequently asked questions style tickets, Dottie will draft a response automatically based on trends that she's confident in answering. So clients can obviously hear back in a fraction of the time. But I suppose the key part that we do wanna stress here is that nothing is sent without human human touch, I suppose, here. When we're kinda talking about Dottie and the kinda auto suggested replies, The AI here is proposing, but your team is the one who decides. So every reply was to a session review until somebody approves it. So you can get the speed of the automation and and that kind of quick draft aspect. So the easy questions can, I suppose, get, you know, taken off your plate, but without having kind of the worry of, oh, no? What what is what is the bot sent without me kind of being able to see. So this kinda helps freeze up your team for for the complex work. And those kind of repetitive, easy questions, like, get taken off their place. So their time goes on the problems that actually need that extra human touch. So, again, this is this is coming soon as well. So AI teammates, so or multichannel updates. So as we've rolled out kinda more AI capabilities, we've noticed a common piece of feedback. So if we think about the high volume of the intelligence can get quite noisy. So currently, every AI teammate output lands in a single blended stream. So whether it's a project summary or a task update, it all goes to the same place, and that can make it a bit difficult to be able to find or read or act on any of the specific insights you've been given. So to solve for this, we're introducing multichannel updates. So soon, each specific job instance will have its own dedicated channel. So that means your project health check, won't be buried under internal project summaries. And by, I suppose, separating out those streams, it kinda gives you a higher level of searchability and readability as well. But I suppose it's not just about, like, organizing the text either. It is about taking action here. So in these dedicated channels, you can have your AI teammate the AI teammates take that kinda contextual, action on their own outputs. So whether through a simple point and click interface or a chat initiated, I suppose, follow-up, you can tell the AI to, let's expand on this or assign this to this user, or actually, can you summarize this a bit differently right there and just in the same stream? And I suppose the real win here is eliminating that context switching. If an AI teammate flags a project risk in its own dedicated channel, you can kind of address this immediately without jumping to different tabs, and it keeps your focus sharp, and ensures that the AI generated insights actually turn into human led result results by allowing you to, like, action them easier. So this transition from that kinda blended stream to dedicated action channels, is part of our twenty twenty six goal to make AI kinda feel like a true member of your team. So organized, reachable, and, of course, ready to act. So it's gonna be a a really nice update there. Great. Thank you, Sinead. So lots of good stuff coming up for Teamwork AI. Next, let's move into everything around managing client work because at the end of the day, that's the whole reason most of your like, you're in Teamwork dot com in the first place. So the next batch of features is really about soothing out some some of those day to day friction, so communicating with clients, navigating tasks, and so much more. Back to you, Jeanette. Thanks, Ellen. So we have our improved task details layout. So next, I suppose, is the Meteor workflow, really, the task details page. This is where the actual work happens, and we felt that it was time to move the UI out of the way. So, again, that you can focus entirely at the task at hand. Like, earlier, we spoke about the navigation updates and how we're trying to make things kinda more focused and more simple. It's similar here. So we have listened to your feedback and and tweaked this space to become cleaner, faster, and a lot more intentional. So our goal here is to make this experience, completely intuitive. So whether you've been using teamworks dot com for years or you're a new colleague using the tool for the first time, the layout should make sense immediately. So we removed the clutter, I suppose, to kind of flatten that learn learning curve, and make it simpler than ever to get teams up and running. So what you're gonna be able to see here is, like, we've really prioritized it, I suppose, that high value data. So the key details that we know everybody, is using inside Teamwork, your due dates, your signees, your status, they're now gonna be front and center. Everything else is still gonna be there, but it's just gonna be neatly tucked away until the moment you actually need it. So it's reducing that noise and just helps you kind of process the information without feeling overwhelmed. Also, with a clearer layout, better spacing, I suppose. Your tasks are just much easier to read. It sounds like a small change, but when you're looking at tasks all day, these improvements can really help with that kind of digital fatigue as well and and just really help you kinda focus on on what you need to. Okay. So the new table view experience. I know many of you have might be using the new table view in our everything tab. So this is kind of us talking about how we wanna bring it down to a project level as well and bring the updated table view experience into an individual project area. Similar to, I suppose, why a lot of you love boards, it's also one of the reasons why a lot of people love table view. It's a visual kinda nature in a way to kinda get under the hood of your data. So you need, like, speed, density, and the ability to edit on the fly. Like, that's exactly what project table view will give you. So if you're one of these people who is really comfortable in, like, Excel or Google Sheets, you're gonna feel right at home here. But unlike, I suppose, a static spreadsheet, this is live. It's breathing data connected to your entire Teamwork ecosystem. The real magic with table view is inline editing. So if your project deadline shifts, you don't need to kinda click into all the different tasks. You can simply go down to your due date column and update them instantly. I was gonna be introducing some of the lovely UI updates that are in the everything table and also some really powerful functionality around, like, custom grouping and and and stuff like that as well. So that's gonna be a really nice one that's that's on route. Yeah. This is a nice small but mighty one. So we're just trying to focus on the bridge between your tickets and your tasks. So we know that many of you, a task isn't just to do. I suppose it's a solution or a delivery to a client request or an issue that has come in. So we wanna just significantly improve, I suppose, how tickets are surfaced within task details and task list views, to give you better context without kinda giving, I suppose, having the extra clicks, like, behind this. So this is gonna be live next week as far as I'm aware. So that's a nice one. So here is actually this is a this is a very big one here for us at Teamwork, which is client portal. So I suppose this is what we hear over and over again. You've got two not so ideal options right now, either, I suppose, spending three to five hours kind of per client every week pulling together, you know, manual reports, into, I suppose, Excel, exports, status emails, screenshots. I'm pulling that all together to send to a client to keep them updated on where a project is or or where a body of work is. Or the other kind of thing that we see is that you are inviting, I suppose, clients into Teamwork right from the offset, which we know might not be ideal, especially if clients don't want the learning curve of having to learn a new tool. So we are working on something to alleviate this, which is our client portal. And we wanted to put a little bit of numbers behind this. So sixty four percent of professional services firms told us that they'd use a branded client portal if they had one, and that's because the alternatives all do have real costs. So manual reporting, if we think about it, that eats into your delivery time. Direct teamwork access doesn't always suit, as we kinda said. And the third party add ons that we've kinda seen can be very clunky. They can be off brand. And I suppose the result is your client starts to lose your trust. PMs can burn out. And at renewal time with that client, you're carrying a turn risk that you do not need to carry. I suppose the fix that we have is this client portal. So it's a it's a branded customizable interface that lives outside of Teamwork, but it connects natively. So your clients are gonna get that real time visibility into both their projects and also any open tickets in one place. But the key thing is, and something that we really want you to kinda take away is that it's your identity, it's your control, and your entire your, I suppose, internal workflows that still stay completely hidden. Clients are gonna see a really clean, professional window into their work and nothing else. We have, like, a few reasons that you love it, but some of the the main three are, first, that you're gonna get some time back. So let's say, like, we were saying, like, people tend to spend, like, three to five hours per week, and that's per client a lot of the time, kind of pulling together those, like, status reports or Excel exports. I've seen many a slide deck in my time for people who do this. If you're doing that once a week, you know, five times a week, like, that's fifteen to twenty five hours a week of work that can be handed straight back to you. That's nearly a full day every week. If I could get a full day back every week, I certainly would. So it's just a way of you to help reclaiming your hours back. Not only that, so it's strengthening the relationships as well. So it really does I suppose that's, like, a really, really powerful part of this, because it's real time visibility, and that's what help builds trust. It means far fewer of those kinda emails that you'll get saying, hey. Where are we on this? Or the emails and the calls because your client can just pop in there and look and see where everything is. And I suppose there's the competitive angle as well. So seventy three percent of clients now expect real time visibility into their work. Like, they expect it. So they'll be thinking about that at renewal time or deciding which vendor to push their next project through. Your clients are already expecting this. So if you are not giving it to them, somebody else will. And the I suppose the last one is being able to kinda look professional and stay in control of what they're seeing. It's a clean branded interface with, let's say, your logo, your domain, your colors. You decide, again, like as we said, exactly what the client sees, which project do you want them to see the budget, how much detail, communication comes through. And still, you know, internal workflows will stay completely separate and protected, and and, internally, you can work in the exact same way. It just gives you everything, I suppose, that having something separate with that that kind of access, without any of the exposure. And I suppose now this is where all of you guys especially come in. This is coming to early access soon. We're being deliberate about introducing people to this at an early stage because we wanna build this with all of you, all of our team or customers, not just for you. It's such an an important piece of the puzzle when it comes to professional services. So this really is a a big chance for you to help kinda shape how this gets built. So I suppose the ask today is just to register your interest. That's pretty much it. We'll get in touch before the launch. And if you are in that early access group, you can you can really help shape what that product becomes and really help on that kind of time saving that you can save. So that's everything from me. So I'll pass you over to Helen Neemer. Thanks, Shunate. Alright. Let now let's shift gears into resourcing. This has been honestly been a big big theme for us this year. It's more about how do you plan not just for the team you have today, but the team you might need tomorrow. So here's what's coming next on that front. Over to you, Emer. Thanks, Helen. So first up is our placeholders. This very nearly made the recently released list, so this will be coming to you next week, which I'm very excited about. So placeholders are going global. What does that mean? It means that you'll be able to add the same placeholder across multiple projects. So they're going to behave exactly like your named team members would in your system. So with this change, you'll be able to add the key scheduling attributes that you need. So the role, which will inherit their cost and billable rates based on the role. You can add skills in working hours. And even if it's a new hire, you can actually override the placeholder copy now and give them a name. So whether you're forecasting or trying to get extra headcount in, pitching for upcoming work, or just pressure testing your supply and demand for quarters ahead, you can now model that properly. So it moves placeholders really from just a base basic planning aid to a true forecasting tool. On that, placeholders will be seen throughout the app, so they're not just going to be restricted to the scheduler. You will see them if a task goes from assigned to a role, the designer role to then we don't actually have a named designer. You can then move that to a placeholder. They will be visible across all of the key reporting areas where you report either on a project or a user and, of course, show up in workload planner and planning overview as well. So that real end to end flow of how your placeholders are set up in your system. So keep an eye out for that one very soon. Next up is all about aligning core and planning views. I am fully aware of when it comes to assigning tasks in either your list, table, board, or timeline view, you've absolutely no visibility if the assignees that you're giving the tasks do even have capacity. It's very much a guessing game, and then you navigate to the workload planner and hope for the best and hope that the two marry up. So we're introducing each user's capacity when you are assigning those tasks. So it will be based on the date range of the task if it exists, and then we can surface if those users actually have the availability to take on the task. That's all about saving you time and that you don't have to reconcile or get some surprises when you go into the workload planner and see all of those red boxes. On this theme, we also want to show you if a task is linked to an allocation. We will be surfacing that in task details so that you have visibility throughout the app that you've booked this resort for your allocation for x amount of hours, and this is now how much estimated time they have in total. And then probably the one I'm most excited to is if a task has split capacity, which today you can only do in Workload Planner, we will also give you visibility of this across all task detail areas as well. So lots coming there, and it's really just about improving that workflow and taking all of that manual effort out of your existing day and closing those gaps. I also just want to highlight on the roles piece that we will allow you to group by role, and we're improving the unplanned tasks tray as well so that you can better assign tasks assigned to roles and teams. That is coming very shortly too. Then I will move on to service lines. So I know that a lot of you are excited about this one. There are a lot of workarounds today that exist in Teamwork, and it's really about we don't allow you to efficiently manage the services that you deliver to your clients. So we will be changing that very soon. We will add allow you to add that layer so you can group your projects by service, and then we will roll that up and let you know revenue hours margin for each one. So right from your quoting stage that you are managing your services through Teamwork right to right through to how you deliver your work and ultimately how you report and the impact of each service and that has on on your business. So it's going to be about giving you one clear view instead of any of those manual pulls or worker in that exist today. The next one up, this is a nice enhancement coming to our skills tab. So today, you can add skills per user, and we're fully aware of the gap that you don't we don't right now allow you to add levels of proficiency. So this means two things in practice, really, better scheduling decisions that you need someone who's more skilled in a certain skill than somebody else. And then, of course, visibility into gaps. If a skill keeps blocking resourcing or projects, you can see early enough to either hire in or to train your existing workforce. And then looking ahead, of course, and all things Remy, this is very much about being a building block for her success. So, again, unlocking that power to help you schedule with confidence and making the right recommendations automatically. Thanks, Seymour. That's lots of great stuff coming up for resource management. Moving into profitability, this next section also got a good amount packed in. So budgets, time tracking, currencies, approvals, There is a lot lot landing in here. And back to you, Emer. Thanks, Helen. So we have lots of budget stuff coming up. So first is dual budget. So this is going to let you track hours and fees in a single project budget at the same time. Today, teams often have to manage the two separately, like a time budget and teamwork, financial budget maybe in a spreadsheet, and then constantly reconcile them. We know that's a pain. So with dual budgets, we'll be bringing both into one place. So you see your hours and fees progressing side by side. The best part really about this is logging time updates both targets automatically so there's no double entry and no drift between the two. So really that one one view for the full financial picture of a project. Next up is our concurrent budget. So this will let you run more than one budget at the same on the same project at the same time. So bigger projects rarely just have one single budget. You might have a design retainer, a time materials development phase, and then a fixed fee launch all under one project. And today, they'd all blur blur into one number. So with concurrent budgets, this is going to let you track each as its own separate budget within the project. So every phase or work stream stays accountable to its own numbers and one part running over doesn't hide inside your total. So giving you clearer visibility on your more complex workflows. And then sub budgets, this is going to let you break a single budget down into smaller budgets underneath it. So you can set budgets per task list, milestone, or service lines. You see exactly where spend and time are going within your project, And it all rolls back up into your parent budget so you get the granular view and then, of course, your full picture in one place. So lots coming around our budget offering. Then moving on to project level multicurrency. So this is gonna let you set the currency per project, not just per client. Today, every project as you know, inherits inherits the client's default currency, but a global client might have one project in dollars and another in euro, for example. So this lets you pick the right currency for each project. So teams with international clients can now manage work in the currency that they're going to be actually operating in, and budgets and billing will reflect that accordingly. So big change coming there under multicurrency. Thanks, Seemer. Reporting next. So if you ever felt like you're bouncing between fives, if you just understand how projects or a client relationship is actually doing, this section is for you. So over back to you again, Eva. Thanks, Helen. So first off, we have an enhancement to our client overview dashboard. So this gives you a single place to understand how a client's a client is performing at a glance. So almost like the the dashboard improvements or the project health improvements, you can now customize this with your own widgets. So you can surface the insights that you care about per client. So whatever it makes sense to you, whether that's tables, pie charts, donuts, resize to fit with whatever you're tracking. So everything that matters specific to your clients, you can customize however you see fit. And because the widget support in context drill downs, you can go straight to the detail behind each widget, so there's no clicking around to get your story. It's all housed within your client overview. And then custom dashboards, I am very excited about this. I think of this almost as a blank slate for widgets and all things colorful and exciting with, of course, very important data. So this is gonna let you build a view of exactly the the information that you need to see or specific to you. We know that different people care about different things, whether that's company wide or from client to client, and we all need a different picture. So rather than one fixed dashboard, each user can build their own from a wide library of widgets again. So that's across projects, tasks, time, financials, and much more. So the real value here is in spotting issues, risks, blockers at a glance. And then, again, you can drill straight down to the detail behind each widget. So it's really not just a reporting view or dashboard view. It's kind of an insight to action within the the same place. And that is back to you, Helen. Thank you, Emer. Alright. So before we jump into q and a, a couple quick things. If we can move on to the next slide. So if you like to test any of today's upcoming features early, look out for the early access sign up link we're dropping in chat. So those are the, the features or items are only early access right now. And if we move on to the next one, if some of these features aren't on your current plan and you like to explore them or you're just curious about desk, fill out the getting touch form, and someone from our team will follow-up with you directly. And as always, keep an eye out for future webinars and resources from us. Alright. Let's open it up for live q and a. I think we might have time to answer one or two questions. So, this question is for you, Shanae. So is there a way to give the option to assign roles at the project setup for a confirmed project similar to how to choose later works now? Yes. That's exactly how our assigning task roles pre kind of pod project kickoff works. So right now, you'll probably see that we do have roles inside, let's say, our task list templates and our project templates. And we you can also see that we still have choose later in there as well. We will be sunsetting choose later in the coming weeks. Rumble is completely changing that, and it has more powerful, I suppose, functionality. And we do wanna avoid the confusion of having both there. Just for anybody who is currently using Choose Later, you won't have to do anything on your side. We will be manually, I suppose, changing all of your ChooseLater, placeholders to roles. So you'll see them saved as roles in your site, and, and all of them will be able to be, to to be able to used. So Thanks, Renee. And I think we can just take one more question for Emer. Does timeline view at the project level work together with brew with resourcing schedule or workload areas? It does timeline is primarily a view of tasks with estimated time. So that's going to feed directly into workload planner, which is estimated time first view. We are working, I suppose, on our journey, I I did cover a bit about exposing or linking allocations or aligning core and planning views, throughout the coming soon section. So we will be looking at if any tasks are linked to allocations that we can surface them on the timeline as well. So today, you can link a task within the scheduler, which, of course, would show on the timeline and show on workload. It's now kind of doing the reverse of that and making it very much a two way sync as opposed to a one way. Thanks, Ymer. Alright. That basically bring us to time. Thank you so much, Shanae and Ymer, for walking us through everything, and thank you for thank you to all of the other product managers and people who've been chatting with folks in the background today. Thanks again, everyone, for joining us today. And as always, please keep the feedback and questions coming, whether that's today or after the fact once you you watch the recording. It really helps us shape what we built next. And look out for the recording in your inbox in the next few days, and we hope to see you at the next one. And take care. Have a great rest of your day. Bye.
