Teamwork.com may use a limited number of carefully selected third-party providers to enable certain AI-powered features.
These providers act as sub-processors and are engaged in accordance with our data protection obligations, including data processing agreements, confidentiality requirements, and vendor due diligence.
Processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the requested functionality, and Customer Data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Data is processed for the purpose of delivering and supporting the requested functionality within the Services.
Where third-party sub-processors are engaged, processing is subject to data processing agreements, confidentiality obligations, and vendor due diligence procedures.
Data transfers are protected using appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit.
Data retention
Customer Data is retained in accordance with Teamwork.com’s standard data retention practices.
Data may be temporarily processed and retained as necessary to operate, secure, and support the reliability of AI features.
Customers may request deletion of their data at any time, which is completed in accordance with our contractual obligations.
Changes to sub-processors
Teamwork.com may update its use of sub-processors from time to time to support new or improved AI functionality.
Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where required, communicated in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
