A redesigned planning experience
We've rebuilt the AI Project Wizard experience from the ground up to make project planning feel more collaborative and intuitive. Instead of generating tasks in isolation, AI Project Wizard now creates your entire project first, so everything is more accurate and aligned.
You can also upload detailed briefs or SOWs and get much more reliable results, even for larger, complex projects with tricky language and complicated outputs.
Better project outputs
One of the most common requests we heard was simple: make the generated projects even more contextual.
We've improved how AI Project Wizard interprets project requirements and translates them into actionable plans, resulting in more useful project structures, smarter task organization, and outputs that require less editing before launch. That includes detailed task lists for complex projects—likerecurring work like monthly and quarterly tasks—so outputs are more robust.

More flexibility before project creation
Projects rarely start with perfect information. The new experience makes it easier to review, refine, and shape AI-generated plans before committing them to a live project. You can fully edit tasks, priorities, dates, tags, and more right from the get-go, helping you create stronger project foundations from the start.
Another added bonus? You can assign people once and they’re automatically added to the project, saving you extra steps in the future.
