We did use garlic up in the past along with a few other different softwares. We really were looking for something that was going to improve our business and also our clients ability to scale with us. I would say everything lives and breathes in teamwork. Our directors of each department utilize the capacity planner to bring in a second set of hands. Shift work around if someone is sick and out of the office. It's a way for them to go in and move it to someone else without having to mess up any deadlines or project plans from a business standpoint. It really has given us less admin time to focus on making things as profitable as possible.
