Eligibility Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, attending TSIA World, Las Vegas (October 19–21, 2026). Employees of Teamwork.com, their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, and employees of TSIA/the event organiser, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter Entry is via the "3-Minute AI Margin Check" form, accessed by scanning a QR code at the Sponsor's booth (#521). One entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Because entry is already free and requires no purchase, no separate alternate method of entry is offered or required.
The Prize One (1) winner will receive a dinner-for-two gift experience with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $250 USD, issued via the Thnks.com platform. The winner selects a restaurant from those available on the Thnks.com platform at the time of redemption. Actual value may vary based on the winner's selection and location; Sponsor makes no guarantee that any specific restaurant will be available. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is non-transferable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Redemption The prize will be sent electronically to the winner's provided email address after the draw. Redemption is subject to Thnks' own terms and conditions, including without limitation: gifts unopened after 30 days are returned to Sponsor and the associated gift expires; gifts opened but not redeemed within 365 days of being opened expire. Sponsor is not responsible for the winner's failure to redeem the prize within these windows.
Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the event. The winner will be notified by email using the details provided at entry within 10 business days. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner or not award the prize. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Rules.
Taxes The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. If the prize value meets or exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 to the winner as required by law, and may request a completed W-9 before releasing the prize.
Publicity Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name and general location for winner-announcement purposes, without further compensation.
Data Entrant information will be used in accordance with Teamwork.com's Privacy Notice, as referenced on the entry form.
General Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Sweepstakes at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not liable for any loss or damage arising from entry into or participation in this Sweepstakes. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
