AI Robots Are Coming — Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

How to Enter Entry is via the "3-Minute AI Margin Check" form at the Promoter's stand at AI Robots Are Coming, London (8 October 2026). No purchase is necessary. One entry per person. Entrants must accept these Terms to be eligible.
Eligibility Open to attendees aged 18+ at the event. Employees of Teamwork.com, their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and employees of the AI Robots Are Coming event organiser are not eligible to enter.
The Prize One (1) winner will receive a dinner-for-two gift experience worth up to £250 GBP, issued via the Thnks platform. The winner selects a restaurant from those available on the Thnks platform at the time of redemption. Availability of specific restaurants is not guaranteed and is determined solely by Thnks and its merchant partners. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is non-transferable.
Redemption The prize will be sent electronically to the winner's provided email address after the draw. Redemption is subject to Thnks' own terms and conditions, including without limitation: gifts unopened after 30 days are returned to the Promoter and the associated gift expires; gifts opened but not redeemed within 365 days of being opened expire. The Promoter is not responsible for the winner's failure to redeem the prize within these windows.
Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the event. The winner will be notified by email using the details provided at entry within 10 business days. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms.
Data Entrant information will be used in accordance with Teamwork.com's Privacy Notice, as referenced on the entry form.
General The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the Draw. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Draw at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from entry into or participation in the Draw, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence). These Terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
