What's New in Teamwork Q3

Blog post image

It's that time again! We've put together a roundup of the features released during Q3 2021 to refresh your memory. We hope you've enjoyed the new features released last quarter and as always, we’d love to hear your feedback. You can contact us at support@teamwork.com.

We overhauled the existing projects list view

Firstly, we went and overhauled the existing projects list view in Teamwork and also added some new functionalities. You still have all of the functionality that was previously there, such as your dropdown menu for active archived work, starred products, and grouping by company.

And now users have a default view that includes Project, Owner, Company, Start Date, End Date, Tags, Budget, and Latest Activity. This allows you to easily manage all of your projects by ensuring your key information is on one screen.

You can also customize your view. All columns are sorted and adjustable so you can portray the date that is most relevant to your project. Learn more.

Intake forms

New attachments

We were delighted to release the No. 1 requested feature for Intake Forms – attachments! With attachments, you can easily include screen captures and documents to provide context for your work requests by adding them as an attachment to the Intake Form.

Users can upload files when you add a file attachment question into your intake form. You can also control how many files can be uploaded, which file type you want your users to upload and set the limit on the size of the file, by using the see more option.

Multiple forms per project

With Intake Forms we also made managing your work requests a whole lot easier! With the new list view, you'll see the forms you've created, which are accepting responses, and how many responses you have for each.

Within the more Options menu, copy existing forms from one project to another, or from inside the same project, saving you time. Learn more.

User Rates: Billable and cost rates

We updated User Rates so that you can now apply both billable and cost rates for individual users and clients on your site. Cost rates can be set at the site level, and billable rates at the site and project level. Checkout this functionality here.

This new feature allows you to easily set or update rates on a per-project or cross-project basis. Last but not least, you can also set a default project billable rate across all your billable resources on a project.
