With 2020 almost behind us, there are some exciting new additions for you to look forward to in Teamwork in 2021. Let’s take a look:
Project Template Gallery
Very soon you’ll see a brand new in-app Project Template Gallery where you can kick-off projects using ready-made templates, or create your own custom-built templates if you prefer. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect

Project Health Reports
We’re overhauling the Teamwork reports engine and have just launched the first in a number of reporting improvements. To kick this off, customers on per-user price plans now have access to the Project Health Report which allows you to better understand performance and health across multiple projects. You’ll be able to quickly identify where projects are going off track so you can take action to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.

Utilization Reports
Following on from Project Health Reports, we’ll be launching Utilization Reports which will help you to measure how effective your resources are. This is especially helpful for managers as it gives you a window into how much time and energy your team is spending on projects.

Planned vs. Actual Reports
Planned vs. Actual Reports show the time you allotted for your projects versus the actual time that was spent working on them. It helps managers to get a pulse on how work is progressing compared to what was planned, allowing you to address issues early-on and retrospectively assess team performance and productivity.
