This is a hybrid role in Poland. We have an office in Gdansk, where you are expected to be able to reasonably travel from time-to-time as required by your manager.

The opportunity

As a CRO Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Teamwork.com online presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRO strategies to optimise website traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance the overall user experience. Your expertise in these areas will help us increase our online visibility, drive qualified traffic to our website and create personalised experiences for our visitors, resulting in increased lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue. You will partner closely with SEO, content, design, demand generation, lifecycle, brand and product marketing teams, as well as sales teams to ensure our strategy is fit for purpose and delivers on shared objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies to increase website conversion rates, including A/B testing, usability testing, personalization activities and customer journey analysis.
  • Closely collaborate with the SEO team to align on strategy and co-lead the execution
  • In collaboration with the SEO and content team, optimise website structure, content, and landing pages to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility across search engines.
  • Regularly brainstorm with cross functional teams to gather ideas and translate into actionable activities to inform the creation of quarterly roadmaps
  • Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective CRO techniques.
  • In partnership with Content team, support in-depth keyword research to identify valuable search terms to increase website traffic.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and rankings, to measure the effectiveness of CRO initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Content team and other cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the organisation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging Web techniques to continuously optimise our strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for website enhancements, user experience improvements, and content optimizations based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay informed about competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

What good looks like

  • You have previous experience working in a B2B SaaS company
  • You have a basic understanding of SaaS unit economics - i.e. ARR, MRR, CAC
  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in web marketing, with a track record of driving significant improvements in website conversion rates and organic search rankings.
  • Proficiency in using CRO and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, VWO, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Skilled project manager, with ability to able to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment
  • A strong bias for action and ability to master the details of execution to ensure programs are delivered on-brief, on-time, and on-budget
