The opportunity

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing sales data and analytics, tracking performance of key metrics, assisting in commission management, and evaluating the general health of the sales process, to help the Teamwork sales organisation run effectively and efficiently. 

The Sales operations analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining standard reporting measures to facilitate reporting and analysis that will aid in the evaluation of operational initiatives and drive operational efficiency.

They will carry out quantitative analysis and explanation of relevant data and ongoing analysis of alternatives and solutions.

The key responsibilities in this role include: 


  • Create and manage Dashboards based on our KPIs
  • Analyse data and provide recommendations based on that data across the full Go To Market Suite
  • Help drive accurate forecasting
  • Help to create decks for monthly and quarterly business reviews 
  • Work cross functionally with marketing and finance on key business requirements 
  • Be a trusted strategic advisor/partner to the team providing valuable insights to ensure the continued success of the business
  • Create innovative automated solutions to manual problems 
  • Contribute in the Business Planning Process, Challenge Sales Strategies, optimise GTM tactics, implement change and drive execution tempo.

What good looks like

  • An understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Experience with other areas within Revenue Operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Data driven, can clearly articulate the message behind the data, use data to shape territory structures, account planning, campaign plans, investment decisions etc.
  • Experience with Hubspot is an advantage
  • Someone who is flexible and can excel in an ever changing world
  • Someone who is excited by working with teams internationally and optimizing workflows for different groups.
  • Hubspot experience is a plus
