We'll send you an email before your free trial expires. If you decide you want to keep using our products, you'll be asked to create a paid subscription. And if you decide not to continue using our products, no problem — you can cancel with no hassle or hidden fees.
Your credit card will be charged automatically every month. (But as always, if you want to cancel, you can do so at any time with no hassle or cancellation fees.) If you prefer to pay annually offline, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Our monthly subscriptions can be paid by credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro. If your organization is unable to pay by credit card payments, please contact us at support@teamwork.com to arrange an alternative payment method. For our annual subscriptions, we can issue you with an invoice and accept payment via bank transfer.
