As our Corporate Account Manager, you’ll work closely with the Inside Sales team to manage large enterprise customers post-sale, and assist with pre-sales engagements through demo sessions, webinars, and workflow mappings.

About the Job

In this role, you’ll initiate on-boarding discovery calls to clarify customer needs and requirements, as well as coordinate feedback from our existing enterprise customers.

 

You’ll implement training for, and schedule quarterly check-in meetings with, our enterprise customers, and work with our implementation partners to coordinate training deployments where sold by the sales team.

 

By developing bespoke on-boarding and training packages, you’ll ensure that our enterprise customers get the most out of our products.

 

You’ll identify key players and decision-makers at each enterprise account and create account maps.

 

Liaising with the development team, you’ll make note of and spec features requested and give roadmap updates.

 

With regular communication with management and Inside Sales, you’ll report on enterprise engagements and sales funnel metrics.

You’ll perform effective online demos to prospects.

About You

You have proven experience in a Key Account Management function, as well as experience in providing tailored solutions to customers based on their requirements.

 

Organization and time management are two of your key strengths.

 

You’re a brilliant problem-solver, negotiator, and communicator.
