The opportunity

As the Communications and Employee Engagement Lead, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment at Teamwork.com. Your primary responsibility will be to create, execute, and manage internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, align company objectives, and ensure effective communication across various teams and departments. You will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that promote a strong team culture, reinforce company values, and celebrate achievements.

What good looks like

Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to design innovative engagement programs and communications strategies.

Proficiency in using various communication tools, platforms, and technologies.

Understanding of employee engagement best practices and industry trends.

Passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

What you can expect

Internal Communications Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with Teamwork.com's values and business objectives. Create and implement communication plans, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to all employees.

Employee Engagement Programs: Plan, coordinate, and lead initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Develop and execute engaging activities, events, and programs that foster team spirit, boost morale, and encourage collaboration.

Content Creation: Produce compelling and informative content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet, company-wide announcements, and town hall meetings. Craft messages that effectively convey company updates, initiatives, and important information to all employees.

Feedback and Surveys: Design and conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans based on the feedback received.

Change Management Communications: Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop communication plans during times of organizational change, such as new policies, initiatives, or restructuring, ensuring transparency and clarity for all employees.

Employee Recognition: Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements, milestones, and contributions.

Brand Ambassadorship: Foster a culture of brand advocacy among employees, ensuring consistent representation of Teamwork.com's brand values and image internally and externally.

Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and employee engagement programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
