The opportunity

We're currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Cork team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing & maintaining relationships with a defined book of Teamwork’s customers
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to expand customer’s usage of Teamwork and growth into new products
  • Quantifying and validating sales opportunities within Teamwork’s customer base 
  • Managing and owning the full sales cycle; qualifying leads, discovery, demos, negotiating and closing
  • Creating a customer-centric buying experience; leveraging product knowledge to provide customer value throughout the sales experience
  • Partnering in the Go-to-Market eco-system, which will include Marketing, Customer Care, Customer Success and other departments within Teamwork
  • Communicating your learnings from your sales funnel, metrics and forecast with other teams
  • Identifying and mitigating churn in your existing book of business
  • Managing renewals

What good looks like

  • Previous experience in a growing sales organisation as an Account Manager, Account Executive, BDR, SDR or Customer Success Manager; B2B and SaaS experience is considered an asset
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline; full-cycle sales is considered an asset
  • Experience expanding and upselling to an existing client base proactively
  • Ability to manage multiple (and sometimes competing) priorities
  • Clear communication across various mediums (e-mail, phone, video, etc.) both with internal teams and external clients
  • Ability to build trust-base relationships in a remote environment

This team will be operating in a hybrid model out of Blackpool, Cork with 2 days per week in an office setting.
