The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven, Demand Generation & Content Leader to join our growing Marketing team. As the Demand Generation & Content Lead, you will oversee and manage all demand generation and content activities with a goal to drive customer acquisition, high-quality pipeline growth and revenue generation for You will be responsible for setting the demand generation & content strategy, executing on your strategy with your team and the broader marketing team, and measuring the overall effectiveness and ROI of marketing channels, initiatives, and campaigns in support of our growth objectives. You’ll lead our demand generation and content marketing team and you’ll have ownership to run the budget, plans, and programs you need to drive results against growth targets. This role is critical to our continued success as we strive to drive growth and maximize the impact of our marketing efforts. 

This role reports into the Head of Marketing. You will partner closely with teams across Marketing including Brand, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Web & Performance, as well as Marketing Services, in addition to key business stakeholders in Sales/CS, Product and Revenue Operations. You’ll manage a team of experts in the areas of Demand Generation & Content marketing.

What good looks like

  • 10+ years of proven B2B marketing experience with increasing responsibility leading demand generation and content strategy. Experience in B2B SaaS growth will be a differentiating factor.
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to define strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for this area of the marketing team coupled with ability to develop and execute marketing plans that drive results
  • Solid experience in inbound marketing, demand generation, content marketing & SEO, audience targeting, as well as experience with events and ABM
  • Strong grasp of lead generation, nurturing, and optimization strategies to enhance conversion rates throughout the funnel
  • Demonstrated creativity and the ability to develop original content and distribution strategy that increases authority and engagement
  • Experience building and leading high performing teams, including hiring as well as managing performance and ongoing development of your team 
  • Trusted partner to Sales teams with strong ability to build trust, alignment and actions towards common goals at pace
  • Superior ability to effectively articulate strategies to leadership, gaining support to drive demand generation forward
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to own your teams metrics, perform analysis and derive insights for problem-solving and continuous optimisation
  • Superior organisational skills, ability to manage projects across multiple teams and workstreams at any given time and a strong bias for action
  • Excellent written and presentation skills; extremely detail-oriented and the ability to handle ambiguity 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an experimentation mindset and the will to compete and win in a highly competitive marketplace
  • Collaborative and friendly, and comfortable working and managing teams and stakeholders in a global remote environment
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot, GA4 and other similar sales/marketing tools

What you can expect

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and own a comprehensive demand generation and content strategy that aligns with overall business growth objectives, takes our programs to the next level with orchestrated initiatives that drive funnel metrics, culminating in new pipeline and revenue 
  • Ensure all demand generation and content efforts are aligned to our strategy and drive predictable growth with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) of client services firms 
  • Partner with Product marketing to understand, segment, target and drive aligned execution to reach our addressable market across new customer segments and geographies as we scale
  • Lead the end-to-end planning of best-in-class inbound & outbound programs and development of multi-channel demand generation initiatives for key audiences including content marketing, paid media, SEO, events, webinars, lead nurturing and partnerships 
  • Analyze gaps/opportunities across the entire buyer journey (top, mid, and bottom funnel) and identify the necessary assets, content, distribution strategies and programs to drive growth
  • Evaluate and enhance content distribution and growth via SEO, Paid media, advocacy, referrals, influencers, partnerships and more
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Demand Generation & Content experts, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities, as well as managing external vendors 
  • Working with your team, drive forecasting accuracy, as well as measure, analyze, and report on the impact and ROI of programs primarily focused on new business growth including pipeline growth, revenue, and sales velocity
  • Deeply understand the end-to-end lead and pipeline management process and partner proactively with Sales leaders to diagnose pipeline generation issues as well as with Sales Enablement to enhance sales conversion effectiveness
  • Partner with Product & Growth teams to improve in-app journey and overall customer experience to improve trial conversion to paying customer
  • Partner with Brand and Communications to ensure complete continuity between our brand to demand strategy
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth with existing customer base to create new pipeline opportunities, expand existing accounts, and/or accelerate opportunities already in progress with target accounts
  • Enable an experimentation mindset; develop and constantly iterate on testing plans in order to identify scalable program improvements to achieve agreed KPIs
