As an iOS Developer, you will be a part of an autonomous cross-functional team comprising of developers, a designer, a QA engineer and a product manager developing new features and enhancements in our iOS products.
You are passionate about software development and iOS applications. Swift shouldn't be strange for you.
You create, structure and comment your code, but you know when done is better than perfect and can compromise to deliver on time.
Clean code is important to you. You write code with other developers in mind, working towards neat abstractions and an intuitive interface. You need to be a great team player and communicator, you need to share your knowledge with less experienced teammates and be able to absorb it from our senior developers.
You’re eager to learn, suggest improvements, and have the capacity to implement them – we’re constantly striving to improve things and you strive in such environments. You have an open mind and are able to pick things up quickly.
You have experience collaborating with designers and are capable of converting UI prototypes to functional apps. We would love to see your portfolio with the beautiful apps you developed and contributed to your career.
What good looks like
- 2+ years of iOS development experience.
- Solid grasp of iOS design principles, patterns and best practices.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming concepts. If you have experience with RxSwift or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with Git.
- Knowledge about unit testing and architectural design patterns.
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with lean and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Sentry or other error monitoring tools.
