We’re looking for an exceptional Helpdesk Engineer who loves both hardware and software challenges.

Extensive experience with Mac, linux and Windows operating systems and hardware, as well as conference rooms setup and config.

Experience setting up and troubleshooting telephony systems

A passion for office security, documenting best practices, and training staff for best use.

Enthusiasm around solving workstation issues, new hardware improvements, and better internal software.

You're a self-motivated team player who demonstrates initiative and flexibility with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
