The opportunity

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who is excited to help us build and maintain a scalable, reliable platform for our customers at Teamwork. We are a newly formed team within the company which allows you to shape the future of SRE initiatives throughout Teamwork.

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Teamwork you will: 

  • Drive the observability initiative to improve reliability and stability of our products. 
  • Build an incident response toolkit to support the on-call process. 
  • Build, maintain, improve our SRE Platform using IaC Tooling.
  • Facilitate blameless postmortems and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Implement automation's and pipelines to reduce Toil 
  • Effectively document related processes and knowledge in order to de-silo information.
  • Be a SRE knowledge advocate for the organisation.
  • Work in conjunction with engineering to perform service upgrades, and troubleshoot production issues

What good looks like

  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
  • A motivated individual who is able to continuously learn and adapt to new tooling and technologies within the SRE space.
  • We'd love you to show us how we can improve what we do & help elevate the skills of the team members.
  • We believe in radical candor and a healthy debate. We like strong opinions loosely held.
  • Proficiency with coding and/or scripting with any of the following languages (Python, Bash, Go)
  • Previous experience in DevOps, Automation's or SRE roles
  • Terraform or other IaC.
  • Ansible or other Configuration Management.
  • AWS or any public cloud provider.
  • Modern CI/CD platforms building complex workflows.
  • Observability best practices including SLO's
