This is a remote role but our preference is for candidates based in Poland, Ireland, The UK or North America. Remote at means that you are mostly free to work from home or a space close to you. From time-to-time, you may be asked to travel to our office to help us foster a collaborative environment. The volume of expected travel to an office will not be cumbersome and it will be discussed at the interview stage. Office-based work is not the expectation for this role, but you are welcome to work from our office as much as you like!

The opportunity

As part of a high impact Revenue Operations function, the GTM Programs and Tooling Lead, will play a critical role in empowering our GTM (Go-to-Market) teams with aligned tools and technologies, while driving strategic customer programs to fuel revenue growth in line with our business strategy. 

Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will lead a team responsible for evaluating, procuring, managing, and optimising our GTM technology stack, as well as leading high impact programs and change initiatives to enhance our GTM operational abilities.

What good looks like

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 5 years + of experience in Revenue Operations (Sales, Marketing, Technology or other specialisation), GTM Strategy, or related roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing GTM technology stacks and driving process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Experience leading strategic programs and change management initiatives, with a focus on revenue growth, customer experience and operational execution and measurement.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you can expect

  • Evaluate, procure, and manage the GTM technology stack to ensure alignment with business strategy and objectives.
  • Oversee system administration and ensure smooth operation of GTM tools and platforms.
  • Lead solution design efforts to address specific needs within the GTM teams.
  • Serve as the GTM cross-functional lead on data management and quality initiatives, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimising existing tools and implementing new technologies to enhance GTM effectiveness.
  • Manage, consult, and deliver on strategic programs and change initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
  • Align customer journey across GTM functions to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead GTM change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM and Product leadership, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth and Acquisition teams, and Data and Analytics to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve business objectives
