The opportunity
Teamwork is building a robust partner ecosystem that will:
- Expand our global reach by selling through & marketing with strategic partners
- Drive lower churn by expanding our partner-sourced customer base
- Increase sales velocity by co-selling with partners who can provide in-depth consulting & implementation services.
In the first 9 months of our partnership efforts at Teamwork, this new & growing department has had an impact recruiting dozens of new Solution Partners, creating net-new pipeline & driving higher-than-average deal sizes. With visibility & support from members of the Teamwork Leadership Team, the Partnership Team is gaining strong momentum & growing as a result.
The Partner Acquisition Manager plays a key role in this continued growth by identifying & recruiting new partners to join Teamwork’s Solution Partner Program. By proactively growing the program with more active partners, you’ll help expand the partner ecosystem to better serve our end user customers.
In this role, you’ll be using a combination of your outbound sales skills & prospecting tools to build lists of companies that fit the profile of a Teamwork Solution Partner and generating new conversations with potential partners.
Your primary objective will be to find the right-fit partners that align with Teamwork’s mission (to make client service teams everywhere efficient, organized, profitable & happy), share the mutual benefits of potential partnership & ultimately sign up new partners to join the program.
- Use research & data tools to identify potential partner companies & contacts
- Conduct regular, systematic outreach via email & LinkedIn to attract potential partners and build a pipeline of prospects
- Schedule & run partner recruiting calls, explaining the benefits & details of Teamwork’s Solution Partner Program
- Maintain consistent pipeline of potential partners with regular follow up activity to move prospects toward joining the program
- Document partner recruiting efforts in HubSpot CRM for transparency toward program growth goals
- Work with New Business, Expansion & Customer Success Teams to identify potential partners from Teamwork’s existing customer base & initiate new partner recruiting calls when appropriate
- Serve as an advocate for the partner program internally at Teamwork, keeping other teams up-to-date on our ideal partner profile to aid in new partner recruiting from our current customer base
- Join calls with potential customers alongside New Business Account Executives when prospects are exploring the Teamwork platform and our Partner Program at the same time
- Maintain & update partner recruiting materials (email templates, pitch deck, etc) in collaboration with Marketing
What good looks like
- Outbound B2B sales experience
- Possess a basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies. This includes being able to identify customer needs, handle objections, and close transactions.
- Confident communication & presentation skills
- Familiarity with modern sales tech stack (like HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & data research tools)
- Organized with a proven track record of maintaining sales pipeline
- Experience working in partner program desired but not required
- Familiarity with Teamwork’s ICP (agencies & client service firms) desired but not required

This team will be operating in a hybrid model out of Denver, Colorado with 2 days per week in an office setting.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule (“EPT”), the Customer Success Manager role has an annual base salary range of $50,000-$70,000 USD. Successful candidates in this role will be eligible for additional benefits and target-based earnings.
