We’ve been busy working with partners as well as building integrations in-house so that you have the tools you need to streamline your workflow and make your team more efficient. With Christmas fast approaching, here’s a round-up of “The 12 Teamwork integrations of Christmas.” 🎄🕊

What is Microsoft Teams? Microsoft Teams is a chat-based collaboration platform complete with document sharing, online meetings, and many more useful features for business communications.

How does it integrate with Teamwork? With this integration, you can work on projects and tasks in Teamwork directly from your Teams workspace, as well as create tasks directly from conversations in Teams.

  • Add a Teamwork project to MS Teams tab - Add your most used Teamwork projects to tabs in MS Teams so you can work on projects from your communication hub. 

  • Add Teamwork Spaces to MS Teams tab - Add your most used spaces to an MS Teams so you get quick access to project plans, SOPs, or playbooks right from one central hub. 

  • Add tasks in Teamwork from MS Teams posts - Add tasks in Teamwork directly from your posts in your MS Teams conversations.

What is Easy Insight? Easy Insight is a cloud analytics platform that enables you to connect your cloud apps and create real-time dashboards.

How does it integrate with Teamwork? Within Easy Insight, you can connect your Teamwork site to report on everything from tasks and time to risks and milestones.

  • Create custom reports - Create fully customizable reports that are unique to your business needs. Choose from a variety of diagrams and charts to create visual reports.

  • Pre-built dashboard - Choose from a range of dashboards to view your data in the most relevant, easy-to-read manner. Dashboard styles include; Overview; Trends; Task calendar; Resource Allocation; Gantt Chart and more.

  • Two-way sync - Using the two-way sync, you can add, edit, and delete Teamwork tasks directly from your Easy Insight-generated reports, automatically updating data across both tools in real-time.

What is Unito? Unito is a tool that enables you to sync your favorite work management tools by pairing up projects and repositories. 

How does it integrate with Teamwork? Using Unito, you can sync your Teamwork account with other third-party tools such as Jira and GitHub. For example, if a user were to create a task in Teamwork to be carried over to Jira, this information will travel both ways and any progress made in the synced fields on Jira will reflect on your Teamwork dashboard. Here’s a list of the fields you can currently sync to — and from — Teamwork:

What is Sentry? Sentry is an application monitoring platform which helps developers diagnose, fix, and optimize code performance.

How does it integrate with Teamwork? With the Sentry integration, you can link issues with tasks in your connected Teamwork account. It feeds information back to teams through Teamwork, giving full visibility of any issues to those involved in the project.

What is Integromat? Integromat allows you to automate your processes and communication between different apps and services, transferring and transforming data without the need for manual input.

How does it integrate with Teamwork? The Integromat integration allows you to connect Teamwork to any service in Integromat's list of supported apps and services, allowing you to create multi-step integrations. 

When you’re using the Integromat and Teamwork integration to connect Teamwork with the apps in your tech stack, there’s a huge choice of Triggers, Actions, and Searches for you to choose from so you can build a number of different types of integrations, from the very basic to the very complex.

What is Marker.io? Marker.io is a bug tracking tool that helps product and dev teams to manage all their bugs and issues by integrating with a task management tool.

How does it integrate with Teamwork? You can seamlessly report visual bugs and feedback in Teamwork without ever leaving your website. Capture your screen, add visual annotations and report the issue in Teamwork — all from within your website. New bug reports created using Marker.io are automatically created as new tasks inside your chosen project and task list in Teamwork.

What is TaskReviewer? TaskReviewer is a browser extension made specifically for Teamwork that allows you to manage your review process for images, documents, PDFs, and videos directly from Teamwork.  

How does it integrate with Teamwork? Once you enable the extension and log into Teamwork, TaskReviewer will show up right inside your Teamwork task page so you can start managing feedback and approvals.

What is Mailchimp? Mailchimp is an all-in-one marketing platform that helps you manage and communicate with your customers.

How does it integrate with Teamwork Desk? Simply link your Teamwork Desk account with Mailchimp. Then add your leads or customers to your Mailchimp audience, to ensure they receive the appropriate email campaign.

What is Delighted? Delighted enables businesses to gather and measure real time, actionable feedback from not only customers, but employees, partners, and vendors too.

How does it integrate with Teamwork Desk?  This integration allows you to track Delighted feedback directly from tickets in Teamwork Desk. If a customer has completed a Delighted-related activity, the survey score or response will appear in a Delighted panel on the right side of a ticket. Link your Teamwork Desk account with Delighted to generate NPS, CSAT, CES, and 5-star rating surveys.

What is Zapier? Zapier connects apps, such as Gmail, Slack, Mailchimp, and more. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration.

How does it integrate with Teamwork CRM? This integration allows you to integrate Teamwork CRM with over 2000 apps. You can connect two or more of the apps you use the most to automate important parts of your workflow. Here’s a sample of some of the tools you can integrate with Teamwork CRM using Zapier:
