From all of us here at Teamwork, we want to wish you a very happy holiday season and an incredible New Year.
Whether you’ve just started using Teamwork or you’ve been with us for years, we want to take a moment to thank you for supporting us along our journey toward becoming the best project management platform for client services teams.
There’s no doubt that 2021 was a challenging year for all of us around the world, but we’re extremely excited for what 2022 has in store and hope you are, too.
Here’s what you can expect from us over the coming year and our commitment to you as our incredible customers:
We know that maintaining and always improving the speed and security of our platform is critical, and in 2022, we will focus our energy here so we can create the best possible experience for our customers, day in and day out.
You can expect to see some major improvements with our UI/UX. We’re working hard to make our interface more beautiful and intuitive, so you can find what you need when you need it.
Based on your feedback, we’re also refining and adding new features that we know you want and need. Be sure to save yourself a seat and attend our product roadmap webinar in January for all the details. As a sneak peek, some key features coming next year include Custom Reporting, Improved Custom Fields, Retainer Management, and much more.
Last but not least, we’re also laser-focused on improving our onboarding and training so that everyone on your team can get up and running with Teamwork from the first day you sign in to the product.
As we reach the end of the year, it’s always a great time to reflect and be thankful for what you have. We want to do our part to make the world a better place, and thanks to your continued support as customers, we were able to donate a portion of our revenue to causes that we believe do just that. As part of our Teamwork Gives Back program, this year we’ve donated to or sponsored:
Women’s Aid: A leading national organization in Ireland, Women’s Aid has been working to make women and children safe from domestic violence, offer support, provide hope to women affected by abuse and work for justice and social change.
Cork Pride: Over the past 16 years, the Cork LGBT+ Pride Festival has grown to become the main regional LGBT+ Pride event in Ireland, attracting the largest on-street attendance after the St.Patrick’s Day celebrations, and is now one of the premier fixtures on the annual festival calendar in Ireland.
Féileacáin: Formed in 2009, this non-profit organization was formed by a group of bereaved parents to offer support to anyone affected by the death of a baby during or after pregnancy.
Thanks again to all of our customers, teammates, friends, and family, and happy holidays.
