It’s been a fantastic year at Teamwork.com. It has been a year of incredible growth. All of our hard work has paid off and we are proud to announce that 2015 has been our best year yet! In the last 12 months, we’ve celebrated the birth of two Teamwork.com babies, Teamwork Chat and Teamwork Desk. The arrival of these two new products meant that we have moved from being a project management tool to providing a suite of products designed to create high performing teams.
Teamwork Chat, our collaborative messaging app, has not only made our lives a whole lot easier, but it has successfully helped teams across the world communicate better with each other in order to achieve their goals. The xyz bit is your installation name. Elements of conversations can quickly be actioned and turned into tasks so actual work that needs to get done, gets done efficiently.
Teamwork Desk has developed supreme support teams. Teamwork Desk puts customer happiness at the center of every business. We love making your work easier so you can focus on customer happiness. From streamlined ticket organization and sharing to integration with Teamwork Projects, you support team can skip messy email and address customer needs effectively. Oh, and the reports keep you informed on who is a ticket-answering rock star and how happy your customers are.
We’ve taken on loads of great new Teamworkers who are helping us bring Teamwork.com to new levels. Our staff has tripled in the last year. We’ve outgrown our offices twice. We have become one hell of a team :). Meet our team here and read about individual team members here.
