As you’ve just read, we’ve just added a brand new customer portal to our list of features. This month we’ve also focused on building some tools that will be of use to any customers who want to make the move to Teamwork Desk. We believe that Teamwork Desk is a best-in-class platform. We also believe that those who want to use Teamwork Desk shouldn’t have to lose all of the customer information that they’ve acquired over the years.
We’ve built two new importers to help make the transition to Teamwork Desk a smooth one. Zendesk and Freshdesk are ready to go and the Help Scout importer will be coming on stream in the coming weeks.
