We have great news from the makers of SupportBee. They have just built a custom integration with Teamwork.com.
Those of you who are already using the great support app, SupportBee, this is going to be very useful for you.
For those of you who haven’t heard of SupportBee before, their app helps your team collaborate & deliver friendly customer service by managing your support emails.
SupportBee’s integration with Teamwork Projects will create tasks based on emails that your customers or clients send you. You can choose to create a new task list in Teamwork Projects or add a new task to an existing task list. SupportBee will fill in the description of the task list/task with the contents of the email and also add a link to the SupportBee ticket so your team can follow-up once the task is completed. A link to the Teamwork Projects item is also posted on the ticket as a comment.

Support for Multiple Projects

SupportBee lets you pick a project and a task list before sending a ticket over to your Teamwork Projects account.
