You have asked and it is here! You can now log time directly from a ticket to a specific task. Add amount of time spent, whether it is billable or not, and can even include a start time, all right from Desk.

Now when a ticket is marked “Closed,” it really will be and will become read-only. This will allow you to keep different customer issues separate resulting in less confusion and ultimately more accurate reporting. 

You can now quickly bulk delete multiple or all customers, tickets, and companies. Simply select however many you want to remove, and click “delete.” It's that simple! 

Reports are now exponentially faster to load and view, even for longer date ranges. Not only that, but you can now quickly report on even more amounts of data compared to before. This enhancement provides Teamwork Desk with the foundation to build out improvements to reports in an even faster way for you.
