Introducing Email Notifications and Activity Reminders to Teamwork CRM
We are delighted to release the final piece of our notifications solution to Teamwork CRM with Email Notifications and Reminders. Until now, notifications were available in-app via the bell icon. To date this is how users received notifications for any changes to the deals they were following.
However, there was still a notification gap to be filled. Once you were out of the application, you had no means of understanding how your deals progressed. Deals you explicitly followed could be moving into the next pipeline stage, activities could have been completed and the deal could have been won or lost without you knowing until you checked the CRM.
But all that has changed with the addition of Email Notifications to Teamwork CRM. Now you have the option to get notified about any deal change, directly into your inbox, wherever you are — and now you never have to miss an update for the deals you follow while you’re away from Teamwork CRM.
In addition to notifications, sometimes you need a reminder around your sales activities. You might have multiple activities on your plate, and we want to help ensure none of them fall through the cracks and negatively impact a sales prospect.
That’s why we added Activity Reminders. For example, if you have about 20 activities to complete, or a customer asks you to circle back in three months, you can simply create the activity and set a reminder.
You can set the activity reminder to mail you the reminder days, hours or minutes before the activity is due, so you never forget to complete a sales activity again.
These are two new ways to keep you up-to-date with deals and make sure you never miss any vital activities as they progress through your pipeline.
