The Teamwork Desk and Teamwork Projects integration has undergone a significant revamp over the last couple of months, and today we are proud to share the final product with you!  We’ve added some time-saving enhancements that add efficiency to your workday. We’ve also given it a fresh new look and feel for an overall better experience when creating a task in Teamwork Projects from a ticket in Teamwork Desk.
For many of our customers, the integration between Teamwork Desk and Teamwork Projects sealed the deal, so we understand how important these improvements are to your business.

What’s been updated?

After taking our customer feedback into account, we’ve added two highly anticipated, time-saving features which will streamline your workflow and keep your team more organized.

Add a ticket as a sub task

When creating a task from a ticket, you can now select a parent task and add the ticket as a subtask. Previously, you only had the option to add the task to a task list. This powerful feature allows you to drill down further, adding subtasks as needed. The task overview tab is also better organized to highlight the different levels of tasks which have been created. Having a more organized structure in place helps teams to collaborate efficiently, improving productivity across the board.

Attach files to tasks straight from the ticket

Add attachments to tasks directly from tickets. This small but mighty feature saves an enormous amount of time and space for agents. No more downloading and manually re-uploading files in order to attach them to a task!

Add customer information to a ticket

Include customer details and a customer message to tasks created from tickets. Simply check the two boxes in the description section, and all your customer information, along with the last message received on the ticket, will be included in the newly created task. This additional information gives agents more insights into the customer request, helping them find a resolution even faster! Less copying and pasting of customer details to provide complete information means your team members will be more focused on the job at hand.
