As a Virtual Assistant/Online Business Manager it can be overwhelming to keep up with your clients’ tasks and projects. Not to mention tracking your billable time! It is imperative in my business to have one system that can easily track all of my clients’ projects, tasks, deadlines, billable hours, and documents.
After trying several different systems, I stumbled upon and was hooked. It was easy to use, intuitive and most importantly had all the features I needed and MORE! I use Teamwork Projects (and have for over four years) to successfully manage projects and tasks for 20+ clients. It helps me keep track of the time I spend on tasks, stay on schedule, track percentage complete and give visibility to my clients.
They have access to their projects so they can easily see what is happening. I love that they can communicate with me directly through Teamwork Projects! It makes it so much easier to find a message attached to a specific task vs. digging through dozens of emails. I love how simple it is to create reports for everything from tasks to milestones. It takes no time at all to create one of these reports and then easily attach it to a message from inside Teamwork Projects.
I’ve known a few Virtual Assistants that used multiple programs to do everything that Teamwork Projects can do. For example, they would use one program for tracking their time, another program for storing documents, and yet another for doing status reports. Things get overwhelming very quickly! I sing’s praises every chance I get! Thank you for your amazing customer service. I love that you actually listen to your customers. Most companies seem to forget to do that! Thank you for making it easier to run my business so I can spend more time doing what I love!
