And we thought 2017 was a big one! 2018 has been an exciting year for us all here at Teamwork, full of growth, innovation, and big plans. We couldn’t do it without you — so we want to say a massive thank you for being with us on the journey.

Here’s a look back at some of the highlights from this year.
We started off the year with a win when we were named Cork Large Company of the Year back in February…
…and in October, we were delighted to see our founders, Daniel and Peter, win big at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards!
We hired 90 new people to join our ranks, bringing our team member total to 223. (And we’re always looking for more.)
We gave 1% of our profits to some really worthy causes.
We had our biggest Grand Council* ever and laid out our ambitious plans for the coming year. (*What’s a Grand Council, you might ask? It’s like an All Hands, but way better.)
We opened 6 new offices: Limerick, Belfast, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Boston, and our third in Cork.
Our team went on 31 customer visits to meet some of our customers around the world IRL, hopping from Nashville to NYC to Norway to the Netherlands.
We had 2 Hackathons where we dedicated 24 hours to working on mini-projects that would benefit the products or company in any way. Some of our favorite features started out as Hackathon projects once upon a time, so watch this space for more to come!
We shared 103 blog posts and 4 ebooks (which was your favorite?).
We brought the next generation of Teamworkers on a special day out to the zoo and, more recently, Spiderman taught us how to floss at our Christmas party.
2018 was our biggest and best year to date, but we can’t wait to show you what we have in store for 2019.
So once again, from all of us at Teamwork, and from all of us at the blog: thank you. Here’s to another year of working together to deliver the results that matter.
We’d love to hear about your 2018. Did you hit any major milestones? How are you hoping to grow your business in 2019? What would you like to see more of from us next year? Leave a comment and let us know.
